Located in the residential neighborhood of Townwood, Kapuwatta, Ja Ela, this 2,800 square foot three-storey home on a 10 perch plot was designed and built by Inhabit Holdings with a comprehensive service scope including structural, architectural, MEP, and landscaping.

The architectural concept focused on vertical space efficiency while maintaining a comfortable flow between floors. Large windows and thoughtful ventilation channels ensured natural light and airflow throughout the home.
