Ekala, Ja Ela

All major MEP systems were overhauled to improve energy efficiency and user comfort. At the same time, the landscape was redesigned to provide a welcoming atmosphere, blending greenery with stone features and walkways.
This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was rejuvenated into a modern living space, showcasing our ability to breathe new life into older properties through thoughtful planning and detailed execution.
This remodeling involved transforming a 2,500 square foot, two-storey home on an 11 perch property in Ekala, Ja Ela. The project scope included structural remodeling, architectural redesign, MEP systems enhancement, and landscape improvements.
We began by reinforcing the existing structure to meet current safety and durability standards. The architectural team introduced modern spatial layouts and finishes that enhanced both the appearance and functionality of the home.
